PMA Holding is sometimes appointed in terms of the discretionary grant funding initiative of relevant SETAs to implement internship and learnership programmes. These are intended to address National and Sectoral priorities and to contribute to the achievement of the targets set by the relevant SETA in terms of their Strategic Plan .
